Differentiating between active and latent tuberculosis with chest computed tomography

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the capabilities chest computed tomography (CT) in distinguishing between active and latent tuberculosis patients positive for interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) testing, compare performance CT with that quantitative IGRA testing a low incidence setting.
